Grace period is 15 minutes. Sixteen (16) minutes after your scheduled appointment, I will cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will transfer for rescheduled appointments. There is a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations with 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, cancel your appointment or edit your appointment details, please do so from the confirmation email. Deposits and consultations are not refundable, only transferable if you reschedule. If I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. If I am late, you will receive a discount. Consultations are valid for thirty (30) days. Hair MUST be at least 3 inches, ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! If you're not sure of the length of your hair, we highly advise purchasing a comb with measuring marks from your local beauty supply. If your hair is shorter than 3 inches and you decide to schedule an appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!
